Code of Conduct
Dev Foundry is a builder community. We keep standards high for behavior and collaboration.
Expected behavior
Section titled “Expected behavior”- Treat others with respect, even in disagreement
- Give feedback that is direct, useful, and constructive
- Credit people’s work and ideas
- Keep discussions focused on solving problems
- Make space for newer builders to ask questions and participate
Unacceptable behavior
Section titled “Unacceptable behavior”- Harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks
- Repeatedly disruptive behavior in events or channels
- Dismissing people based on background, skill level, or identity
- Sharing private information without consent
- Spam, self-promotion without contribution, or bad-faith engagement
Enforcement
Section titled “Enforcement”Moderators and organizers may:
- Remove content from Discord or GitHub
- Issue warnings
- Temporarily mute or remove access
- Remove members from the community for repeated or severe violations
Reporting
Section titled “Reporting”If you experience or witness behavior that violates this code, contact an organizer or moderator directly through Discord.
Include as much context as possible so we can respond quickly and fairly.
