1. Join the Discord and introduce yourself
2. Share what you are building (or what you want to build)
3. Pick one upcoming event and commit to attending
4. Post your first weekly progress update

Best ways to start

• Bring a project to coworking and work in public
• Ask for feedback on a feature, landing page, or launch plan
• Join someone else’s project for a sprint
• Volunteer to host, document, or support events

Weekly expectation

At minimum, members should maintain one visible signal of progress each week:

• a shipped update
• a demo
• a written progress post
• a clear reflection on blockers and next steps
